The room was clean and modern. Breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing. Conveniently located near hiking trails and a golf course, though. It can get noisy from the highway, so light sleepers beware.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the proximity to walking trails is a plus. The floors in the room weren't very clean, leaving our socks black after a bit of walking. Breakfast options were limited and could use improvement.

The room felt filthy; there were crumbs, hair, and dark spots on the sheets. Plus, the AC didn’t work. I ended up sleeping in my clothes just to avoid the dirt.

Big, clean room with a fridge and microwave. Surprising value for the price. Location is excellent—close to Highway 40 yet nestled in the woods, keeping noise at bay. It's conveniently across from Walmart, making it easy to grab essentials. The breakfast? Disappointing. Limited options and ran out of bagels early. Coffee and tea available all day, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of variety. Parking is free, but I noticed limited spots. The pool seems to be a work in progress and the common areas need attention, with litter and poor repairs evident. Cleanliness and service need focus.

Spacious room, spacious sink area with a clean design that made our stay enjoyable and allowed for easy access when my wife and I needed to freshen up while taking care of our little puppy.
Couldn't have been better.

The dog-friendly vibe is a bonus with no extra pet fees and parking right at your door.
The breakfast situation could definitely use improvement.

I was thrilled to step into a spacious room with comfy beds that felt so inviting! The friendly staff made my stay even better, and the breakfast burrito was a tasty bonus. I loved how quiet it was, despite being near the highway—pure bliss!

Perfect for a romantic getaway great view from the room and the rooftop bar was amazing for drinks and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special
It was a bit pricey but worth every penny

Perfect location for a Grand Canyon trip, with clean rooms and easy parking right at the door. The staff ranged from helpful to indifferent, especially during breakfast. The morning selection could use some serious improvement—tiny breakfast sandwiches and a crowded area weren't great. The pool was closed, despite being advertised, which was disappointing. Room decor felt outdated, with flimsy vinyl flooring and a wall just feet away from the window. For $175, the experience didn't match expectations, especially during high-demand times. Friendly staff and better breakfast options would definitely improve the stay.

Our experience at Greentree Inn was enjoyable! The room was spacious with convenient amenities like a microwave and fridge. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and while the breakfast could use more variety, it was satisfactory. The location is perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon!

This hotel is a great base for exploring with several restaurants like Red Lobster and Olive Garden just a short walk away, and Walmart conveniently across the street, so grabbing essentials is super easy; I loved how close I was to the Historic Downtown and Rail Road District, only about 3 km away, and lots of parks like Sawmill Multicultural Art and Nature County Park are within easy reach. The room was clean and comfy, but the property could use some updates to really shine.

The Queen Suite was spacious, which was perfect for my family. The hardwood floors made it easy to keep clean, especially with dogs and snow. The heater performed well, keeping the room cozy. The bathroom mirror was a highlight, with its luxurious backlighting. I appreciated the fridge and microwave for quick snacks. the room cleanliness could have been better; I found the floors to be dirtier than expected. The breakfast selection was minimal, but the burritos were a nice surprise.

my recent stay at the Greentree Inn in New Mexico was exceptional. the property was clean, and the suite was well-appointed and comfortable, giving a much-needed respite after a long drive. the night clerk, Levi, provided excellent service, including a generous pet fee discount for my dogs. the breakfast was a great addition, and I appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainable practices, making it a great value for the price.
nothing, all excellent 😊

We hit up Lake Powell for some sick fishing and then checked out the rad snowmobiling nearby. The easy access to outdoor adventures made our trip epic!
Wish there was a dope pool or party area for us teens to hang out and chill after our crazy days out. That would have taken this place to a whole new level of lit!

Roomy bedroom and exceptional bathroom lighting. Cleanliness evident everywhere. Loved the breakfast burritos provided, a delicious touch. Convenient location close to the freeway and easily accessible.
Sheets hadn't been changed; cleaning staff seemed overworked.

I chose to stay at Greentree Inn for its convenient location near the breathtaking Sawmill Multicultural Art and Nature County Park, which I was eager to explore. However, the exceptional customer service agents pleasantly surprised me with their friendliness and willingness to assist with any requests. Additionally, the complimentary buffet breakfast, served daily from 6:00 AM, was a delightful start to each morning.

Direct train to the Grand Canyon nearby, a romantic fireplace in the lobby, and delicious hot breakfast. The Wi-Fi made me feel connected to the world, and the staff was ready to help with sightseeing plans.
I loved being told to park in a handicap spot because there was no room. So considerate.

Our children, Lily and Max, were enchanted. Close to outdoor activities like sledding. The Arboretum at Flagstaff was serene and educational for kids, enhancing our family adventure.
For dads, there would be more kid-friendly breakfast options.

The birthday surprise for my husband was heartwarming. The staff went above and beyond by getting a dark chocolate cake with cheesecake filling for his special day. The handicap room shower was also fantastic. I'll recommend this hotel.

The pros were that the staff was really amazing , super friendly and helpful, which made my overall experience better. The AC worked really well, which was a relief because it was quite hot during my stay. On the downside, the room had a few issues. The sink was clogged, and the toilet was a bit wobbly , not the most comfortable situation. The microwave also kept shorting out, which was a hassle. The pillows were pretty flat, felt like paper. The whole room seemed a bit jerry, rigged together, which was a bit ridiculous. Another downside was the breakfast situation. It was a bit lacking , not much variety other than some basic options like bagels, bread, and cereal. The breakfast burrito was good though. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a bummer. The room was also not as clean as I would have liked. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black just from walking around. It was quite gross. I even had to do a quick sweep myself just to make it more bearable. Definitely not something I expected for the price I was paying. In terms of amenities, I wish there were more options like a waffle maker or more fruit choices at breakfast. The room itself could use some updating and proper maintenance to fix all the broken things. it was a bit of a mixed bag staying at Greentree Inn.

We had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located hotel in Flagstaff. The staff was friendly and accommodating, honoring our room request without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh, which was a relief for a concerned mom like me. The heated pool was a hit, providing a great way to relax and tire out the kids. We felt safe and enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants.
Dingy and stained sheets on the bed and sofa.
